Mr. Benish, the group’s founder, is a Co-Ffounder ARCHI, Georgia’s leading real estate Developer.

The company builds thousands of housing units each year and selling significant share of the new apartments built in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.

The group also owns hundreds of dunams of land in different status, for future development and construction. The group real estate activities also include office space, hotels and commercial space.

Established in 2006, Archi operates as a leading development company in Georgia. It represents a successful partnership of the Georgian and Israeli parties, Archi has 26 completed projects, with over 5000 apartments delivered and 25000 residents, and 20 ongoing projects, with over 300,000 m2 under construction.
